Q. What is the Success Rate for Your Company?
A: A business plan is a book. It's a detailed description of what you plan to do with the
company over the next two to five years. These are your ideas and plans. Our success rate is
really up to you! Does your plan cover all the points and topics and accurately describes each
one? Are you happy with your plan? When you're satisfied, we're satisfied. If we have to go
through 100 drafts, we will! It's all included in your fee, so make sure it's how YOU want it!
Q. How Long Does it Take to Complete a Business Plan?
A: Your business plan will take 7-10 business days to complete, once you have returned the
Business Plan Form/Template back to us. This is what takes the longest time. Once our
Agreement and payment have been received, you will receive a checklist of items needed to
prepare a business plan. We will then compile your information into a first draft with
complete sentences, make sure it flows well, and offer advice, etc, in order to ensure a
winning and successful business plan. RUSH business plans may be purchased for an
additional $100.00 and will be completed within 48hrs of receipt of your main points.
Q. Why is Your Fee Due Up Front?
LLC's/Corps: Because we file everything within 24hrs, this means you are litterally our
client for 24hrs and then you're done! Because everything is filed so quickly, money moves
fast with us, the state, county, etc, so it is required that we funds up front to cover these
costs. Remember, FILING YOUR ARTICLES IS ONLY STEP ONE OF FOUR!!!!
Business Plans: It is frustrating when the work has been completed and we never hear
from our client again. In the past, we have offered 1/2 up front, 1/2 upon completion, but
every time we've granted this, we've never gotten our last payment. The client will take the
first draft and finish it themselves. Because of this, we CANNOT and WILL NOT allow
this payment type again. On another note, Lenders do not base their decision based off
your business plan, it is merely a bank requirement and must be in their file. Investors,
however, are different. Because every bank/investor is different and massages numbers
differently, the loan approval is mainly based off your personal credit score, collateral
available and other factors of which are out of our control. Because of these
circumstances, we do not offer refunds, however, your fees are good for six months
before all fees are forfeited.
Q. Should I File an LLC or a Corporation? What are the Differences and
What Would you Recommend?
A: From a legal stand point, we can not advise you as to what entity you should form
or what the differences are. You are responsible for doing your own research. We
highly recommend speaking with your financial planner, CPA, accountant and/or
attorney for legal guidance as to your new company's structure, or research can be
done online. If you are in need of a professional, let us know. We deal with many
professionals who can assist you in this area and others. Clients come to us and tell us
what they need (i.e. an LLC), and we simply assist in typing the documents, running it
downtown for you, obtain your federal ID, etc.
Q. Do You Offer Discounts If I Need Multiple Business Plans or LLC's?
A: Yes! 1 Business plan is $450.00, any additional business plans are $250.00 each. If
more than 5 are needed, your first plan is $450.00 and each additional plan is
$150.00. LLC's and Corporations will only be discounted if more than 3 are needed.
Let us know how many you need, and we'll send you a quote!
Q: What is Your Turn-Around Time for LLC and Corporation Formations?
A: In most cases, we can take your paperwork downtown within 24hrs and there is no
extra fee! Your fee includes expedited filing services, and you can open up your
business bank account using your new company name shortly thereafter! If you live
outside of Arizona, our turn-around times will vary, due to mailing time.
If you have a great idea for a service or
a product, we encourage you to take
charge of your life and start your own
business today! Be your own boss, for a
change!
Q & A:
From a legal standpoint, we cannot advise you as to what type of company you should form or in what state you should form it in. You should discuss your entity structure with your accountant, financial planner, tax advisor, CPA, and/or business attorney. Once you have determined the type of company you want to form, then we can help. All fees include expedited filing services, Federal EIN #, and same day service is available in most cases. WE DO NOT GIVE OUT LEGAL ADVICE! We will only file the documents you've requested us to file. If additional documents need to be filed, you may need to seek the guidance of an attorney to ensure it is legal and binding in your state. We do not handle any special licenses and do not offer any assistance, guidance or advice in retaining any city, state or national licenses and/or certificates. You are responsible in determining the licensing needs and laws for your business in your city/state.

Q: Can't I just go downtown and file my LLC/INC for like $90? Why are your
rates so high?
The state filing fees is only Step one of FOUR! Many people file themselves and don't realize
all the other steps they have to do. If they aren't done, the state can, may and will dissolve
your company and you'll have to start all over again. We only need 15 minutes to sign
paperwork and you can have the peace of mind knowing that everything will be handled, all in
24hrs! You don't have to drive downtown looking for the building you're supposed to go to,
you don't have to purchase an Operating Agreement from an attorney, you don't have to
search millions of websites to get your EIN # and you don't have to worry about newspaper
publishing! Our complete packages is what attracts our clients, peace of mind and ease of use
are priceless.
