Every state is different, but no matter where you reside, we can help in most cases. First,
and foremost, we do not and cannot give out legal advice. We cannot and will not advise
you as to what type of entity you should form or in what state you should file it. Who ever
will be preparing your taxes is a great person to ask and seek guidance from. It is highly
recommended that you seek the professional guidance of a tax advisor, CPA, account and/or
business attorney as to what type of entity you should form. There is an LLC, PLLC, a
Corporation (S and C-corps), Partnerships, and Non-profits.
We do not handle any Non-profit entity formations, due to the complexity. We also do not
assist with any licensing issues, but can usually direct you the appropriate government or
state agency's website for more information. We also do not do any national or global
tradename or trademark applications. Also, due to complexity, we are no longer handling
Amendments or other changes to your existing company. It is best to seek an attorney who

LLC's - $385.00: Your LLC package is complete and comes with everything you need to get
started! We have highly competitive prices. We are not here to get rich, just to make an
honest living by not overcharging you for services you probably could do yourself! We have
a simple form we'll need you to fill out giving us your business name choices in order of
preference, you name, address, phone, and management information for your company.
Once we receive this form back from you, we will prepare your paperwork and call to
schedule a time/place to meet for signatures and a check. Depending on the time of our
appointment, most LLC's can be formed in the same day! Once we file your paperwork, a
standard Operating Agreement is prepared, your Federal EIN # is obtained, and all of your
original documents are mailed to you. In most cases, you can open up a business bank
account once you receive our originals in the mail! Your fee includes expedited filing
services, so in about 5-7 business days, you will receive your original stamped, approved
copy of your Articles of Organization with instructions on where and how to publish your
Articles in the newspaper. We will send you the notification to be published. All you have to
do is fax it to the newspaper, pay ($45) and you're done!!! You will receive notice and proof
from the newspaper that this was done, although it takes about 4-6 weeks to receive. Ready

certificate prepared and filed with the county.
INC's - $485.00: Same as above applies, except, instead of a general Operating Agreement
prepared, you will receive a "Corporate Kit" book which will contain your minutes, bylaws,
stock certificates and corporate seal, all of which will be prepared for you. This heavy-duty
