1) When you are ready to begin, we will need our Business Plan Preparation
Agreement and our Questionnaire filled out and signed by you. You can download
these forms (below). You may either mail this to us, along with your payment of
$499.00 (payable to EZ Biz Plans, LLC), or call to schedule an appointment, if you are
located in Maricopa County, Arizona. This Agreement will retain our services and get
you "in line"!
2) The hardest part for us is getting what's in your head and getting into ours!
Because of this, we have created a special questionnaire that asks key questions
that will help us in drafting your plan. Once we receive this questionnaire back from
you, it will take roughly 7-10 business days to complete the first draft of your plan.
We do not use any templates, or business plan samples! Each plan is especially
prepared with your information related to your business! A "rush" plan can be
purchased for an additional $100.00 and you're first draft will be prepared within 2-3
business days.
3) It is important for you to know that because we are not CPA's, accountants or
attorney's. If you are in need of financials for your business plan, then our fee
increases to $800.00. Business plans should always have financial exhibits (i.e.-Pro
Forma Statements, Worse Case and Best Case, etc). Some clients prefer to pay the
basic plan rate and in their plan we state: "Financials are available upon request". If
they are requested at a later date from you, there is a $350.00 fee. We have a
network of professionals who we can refer you to and also have general forms we
can send you if you'd like to try and tackle this yourself. It is highly recommended that
you seek the professional guidance of a CPA, accountant, etc to prepare your Pro
Forma Statements, which are future financial projections and forecasts for your
business. Depending on its purpose of the plan, most plans are skimmed for key
things, and then most readers go straight to the financial portion of your plan. All
business plans do not guarantee you (client) for any past, present or future loans
you may be seeking.
